Contracts
The first deployment block, 70167444, is the indexer’s start block. Total gas was 6,769,868 at an effective gas price of 103,407,500,000 wei, 0.70005512521 MON in all.
Constructor inputs
That the testnet USDC is Circle’s official testnet deployment is an assumption. What was checked on chain on 2026-10-11 is that its name and symbol are “USDC”, it has 6 decimals, its EIP-712 version is “2” with a domain separator matching chain 10143 and its address, and it exposes the EIP-3009 type hashes.
Safe holding the reallocation roles
Checked 2026-10-11 with
getThreshold, getOwners, and VERSION on chain, and with the Safe transaction service. Whether the three owner keys are held by different people on different devices is a requirement that no contract can show.

Againsthttps://testnet-rpc.monad.xyz (chain id 10143), the deployment record states:
- All three receipts have status 1 and are from the deployer.
- Each address has code, of 6716, 9276, and 6566 bytes respectively.

capitalFloor() of 60000 is 0.06 of a six-decimal asset, the protocol floor of Assumptions. The evaluation counter is 0 because reallocation is off and no evaluation has been advanced.

Deployed bytecode check
On 2026-10-12 the runtime bytecode at all three addresses matched a build of commit513e943 (forge 1.8.5), with constructor-set immutables masked, at 6,716, 9,276, and 6,566 bytes. See contracts/audit/README.md section 14 and the script on the verification page.
Not deployed: AgentCommitments
The write-once genome commitment contract (contracts/src/AgentCommitments.sol) is not deployed. It has no entry in contracts/deployments/monad-testnet.json, so no address is listed here. Deploying it is an owner broadcast described in deploy/README.md.
Other testnet addresses used by the system
The testnet WMON/USDC market on Kuru’s testnet router was created and seeded by the project on 2026-10-13. Its liquidity is the project’s own seed, so its prices carry no economic meaning. Receipts are incontracts/deployments/monad-testnet-wmon-market.json.
